The Intruder is a short narrative animation about a small triangle taking back their stolen colour by a group of watching eyes.

The intruder was made as part of a Design Team Jam at Ignition Creative with the single brief of ‘Duotone’. I initially looked at making an animation based on light and shadow but wanted to take it further by pushing the concept and uncovering why the world of our character was completely black and white. Using this as a starting point I began animating a short narrative arc. Our plucky young geometric hero Tri infiltrating a factory of their enslaved friends and family, overseen by a floating all seeing eyes.
