To celebrate the second season of one of Chicago’s greatest exports, The Bear, we created a suite of Trailers, socials and Out Of Home assets. Among those assets were the above trailer with bespoke YouTube bumper that used the high energy dialogue from the show, and urged people not to hit the skip button.

As part of the social assets, we also made a spot highlighting the smashing reviews for the previous season as a draw to bring people back for season two. Using footage from the show as a base, we created a smashing plate in Cinema 4D (with extra 3D assets made in Element 3D). This the became the main graphic device for the spot, as we follow shards of the plate across the restaurant and other locations form the show, highlighting the best reviews.

The social was then turned into a Digital Out Of Home screen. The help tell the story in a no audio format, we composited a plate into an existing shot of the show to look as if it was being thrown against a wall, launching us into the spot.
